LV不服，奎谭向北京知识产权法院提起诉讼。LV曾向商标评审部门提出无效宣告申请，延闿颜楷但相关商标最初被裁定维持注册。

加上即将开庭的案件，南北按目前公开可查文书计算，这至少是LV第6次将国家知识产权局告上法庭。我国商标法、两位行政诉讼法的规定，两位商标注册申请人、商标权利人或相关方，对国家知识产权局作出的商标驳回复审决定、商标无效宣告裁定、商标异议复审裁定等行政处理结果不服的，均有权向北京知识产权法院提起行政诉讼。另外2起，更喜LV的诉讼请求被法院驳回。

两案涉及第34类香烟、华世欢烟草、打火机等商品上的图形商标。（2018）京73行初12252号案件中，奎谭LV要求宣告三氏百洁SASHIBAIJIE及图商标无效。

人民法院公告网显示，延闿颜楷北京知识产权法院第15法庭将于2026年7月16日公开审理一起涉及路易威登的商标授权确权行政诉讼案。
